Spam and seo
I set up this blog about one year and a half ago. Until now, I get more than 6000 spam. It’s a large number. As a result, the first thing I do after I logged into my blog is check for spam. Some times, I just wonder why so many webmasters become a spammer. I get a answer from some forum.
Some people think their spam will bring them some back links. But does it really bring back links? I don’t thinks so. And even the do bring little back links, it’s no good to seo.
As I know, most spam can be classified to three categories. Some comment just have one or two words. Some spam is very long and contains many links. While the others just like a common comment.
The first and second kind of spam don’t works because webmaster can easily catch it. I think most webmaster will delete it immediately after he or she checked it.
The third category is much difficult for distinguish. But they can’t make a good result. As we know, search engines like google or yahoo will auto check spams. They will ignore links that appears on too much sites use the same keywords.
